WORK WITH USThank you for your interest. It is very important that whomever wishes to work with us also shares not only our mission and vision but also our love for children. For the candidates that are not members of the EU, the Italian law requires an equivalent of a Master's degree or alternatively an International Teaching Certificates. The non EU members that will be accepted to work at HBI will receive a working sponsorship through our school. The three fundamental prerequisites to work at HBI are: passion, vision and motivation. Passion for the profession chosen; shared vision and objectives and motivation as the driving force behind every action. The kind of motivation that every morning will take you to HBI to spend another unique day during which you will know you have contributed to making a difference because you will see the light of your passion reflected in the eyes of the children.
